Great service and great people to work with. A new noise developed after having a remanufactured transmission installed. Certified Transmission took the truck back in and did a thorough inspection, and actually corrected a couple of items I was unaware of, and at no cost to me. They found the noise, fixed it, and I was back on the road. I would recommend this transmission shop to anyone and they gained a new customer with their expert service.

Great customer service! Jacob Brown was quick to figure out what was wrong with my 06 Titan and the estimate was fair and just. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. I had to bring the truck back down to the shop and Jacob did everything he could to complete the repair timely and at a fair price. I would recommend Jacob and your transmission shop to anyone!

Went to repair shop due to a slight slip thinking it was the transmission. When Certified test drove it they decided that it was not a transmission issue and told me to take it to a mechanic and they also did not charge me anything to check it out. I have also had them service my transmission in the truck and will continue to take my vehicles to this transmission shop.

This could have gone bad in so many ways. I had sworn off Certified Transmission in Topeka after a bad experience 10 years ago. I had fluid in my transmission changed at another trusted shop I use. A noise developed, but not because of the fluid change, mud was being flung off the wheel had snapped a plastic piece on the 4X4 actuator. Kevin and his crew diagnosed the problem, kept me in the loop on possible fixes, did some more diagnosing. They found it was a vacuum line as opposed to transfer case, wheel bearing, or something else. It could have cost me thousands in repair cost. Kevin found the problem, gave me options to fix it, and repeatedly stated he did not want to sell me something that was not needed. I went from $2500 (transfer case) to $250 because of a simple fix. I trust Kevin with my vehicle because he did it right! Great Topeka transmission shop with great technicians! Thank you Kevin for doing things correctly. Quality work and people that restored my optimism.

Kevin was easy to work with. He indicated that he thought the problem with the car might be mechanical, not related to the transmission, and discussed options if that was the case (which it was) once they checked out the vehicle. Since I was not in Topeka, he called to let me know, then saw to it that the vehicle got to the repair shop. The repair shop he recommended was very professional, as well. Thank you.
