Disaster struck Monday, Oct. 6th when my friend borrowed my truck for an appointment in Kansas City, Missouri. My transmission went out and stranded my friend in an unfamiliar territory of Truman and The Paseo. Jeff was quick to assist by connecting with the Certified transmission shop in Independence. Within the hour my truck was towed to the shop, and by Wednesday my truck was reborn. Fifteen days later they performed a check to make sure all was well.
