I brought our van to certified based on the reviews I read. Right away I experienced the great customer service I read other customers write about. They put a brand new transmission in our van and just a couple days later the transmission went out, at no fault of Certified Transmission. With no hesitating, they brought the van back in and put an new one in. It is now almost 3 months later and we have no complaints. If a transmission went out in a vehicle we owned again, we would take it to certified. In this day, customer service should be priority if your going to do business with someone . And good customer service shouldn't be judged on if everything goes right, but how the business deals with things when they go wrong.
