I brought our van to Certified Transmission based on the reviews I read. Right away I experienced the great customer service that other customers wrote about. They put a brand-new transmission in our van and just a couple of days later the transmission went out, at no fault of Certified Transmission. With no hesitation, they brought the van back in and installed a new transmission. It is now almost three months later and we have no complaints. If a transmission ever went out in a vehicle we owned again, we would take it to Certified. In this day, customer service should be priority if one is going to do business with someone. And good customer service should not be judged on if everything goes right, but how the business deals with things when they go wrong.
