My wife and I are both retired and living on a fixed income. We obviously did not want to purchase a $22,000 new car! We contacted Certified Transmission in Topeka for help with our car that needed a new transmission. A replacement from Certified was not immediately available. I asked: If I found a low mileage salvage yard unit, if would they put it in. The manager informed me that the shop would do that. I found one in CT, and had it drop shipped to Topeka, and also purchased other parts needed to complete a reliable installation and had them drop shipped as well. Our car is back on the road again. It is good to know that Certified Transmission does business in an honest old-fashioned way of doing business!
